Information
The F1.44 system comprises F1 wall brackets, vertical L and T profiles, high load-bearing horizontal support profiles, and hooks that are attached (using undercut anchors or dowel inserts with screws) to the back of the facade panel. The panel is simply hooked into the horizontal profile, height-adjusted and fastened.
The wall brackets, vertical profiles and horizontal hanger support profiles are screwed together, with fixed and sliding connections to guarantee free expansion. Clamping springs on the wall brackets hold the vertical profiles in position without additional tools.
The brackets are available from 35 mm to 320 mm in length. The system will compensate for unevenness up to 40 mm within a length. It is suitable for all types of fastening and can be supplied with an optional insulator to reduce thermal bridging.
The system has the advantage that the lower and upper panels are supported with a single horizontal hanger profile. This uses less material and saves assembly time. Concealed fastening also allows consistent aesthetic facade designs.
